The magical moonstone cabochon nestles into a 750 red gold version and on the showy sides dance like a magical veil over the stone. These filigree rays from platinum sparkle with tiny diamond roses and are artistically decorated with fine millions - a real eye -catcher! The little ruby also conjures up a tiny splash of color in the picture.
