Most of our jewelry is cleaned and refurbished with the utmost care by our experienced goldsmiths. This gives you pieces of jewelry with a new shine that you will enjoy for a long time to come.
If a piece of jewelry does not quite meet your expectations, we can customize it according to your wishes. We will of course advise you by telephone or directly on site.

We prepare professional reports, valuations and appraisals for jewelry, gemstones and diamonds. Our appraisals are recognized by courts, authorities, insurance companies and estates. In our extensively equipped laboratory, gemstones are examined using the latest equipment. Furthermore, thanks to state-of-the-art equipment such as the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, we are able to make an exact determination of precious metal alloys. You do not have to rely on estimates based on tests with test acid.

Our jewelry is carefully examined and evaluated in our own laboratory before being sold. The gemstones and precious metals are analyzed using state-of-the-art equipment. With our jewelry certificate, you receive precise details about your new favorite piece, e.g. the precious metal alloy, the gemstones, the weight, the quality of diamonds, the dimensions or ring size. With this information, the replacement value can be determined at any time if an item is lost.

We send our jewelry in our own jewelry boxes and lovingly packaged. The shipment usually takes place within one day after receipt of payment. Even though we are of course liable for our parcels ourselves, we would like to point out that all parcels are insured by us. Of course, you have the statutory 14-day right of return. Should something not meet your expectations, we will take care of it immediately. Your satisfaction and your trust are our top priority.
